Don't mind the strut brace. That wasn't the point of me posting that pic. Just showing you how flat a strut tower should be.

Besides, do you know what a strut brace does? Not sure why you say it's comical on a stock car. A car's modifications has nothing to do with the benefits of a rigid body

I'd worry more that the strut mount appears busted to heck than a bit of mushrooming .

2013+ V6 mustangs, explorer sports, and some other vehicles come STOCK with front strut braces...

Edit: or the strut mount could be ok. If the offset is caused by mushrooming that is pretty bad and i totally agree with the mango.

That strut tower, while a nice looking design, doesn't fit the E46 look. Not a big fan of what appears to be poser carbon fiber either.
