Gym/Sport ear buds?

Problem:
I find that music really helps me get that extra push at the gym but I have yet to find a good seat of ear buds that will stay securely on. I have really big ears and small canals and I sweat a lot making it impossible for me to wear

Current experience:
Iphone stock ear pods = slip off immediately
Silicon tipped ear buds = best solution so far until I start sweating and pops off
Looping ear buds = still pops off because my ears are shaped like spocks
Headphones = too bulky

Any ear buds in the market with cloth or frictionous tips that will prevent them from popping off?

Bonus! has inline mic built in?

I use a SD9
Run, lift, x-fit. Everything in it except swim.
I think only the 10 is available now.

Gym/Sport ear buds?

I use the bose in ear buds, they're a silicone type material so they're soft and painless. I sweat a lot during cardio and circuit training and they've never fallen out, I've even fallen asleep with them in and to my surprise they are always still in my ears when I wake up.

Gym/Sport ear buds?

Silicon that wrap around your ear. There is some at best buy that are "guaranteed not to fall out"

Gym/Sport ear buds?

Years of wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu has left me with cauliflower ears. So ear buds don't fit. I've tried just about every kind available.

3 options: 1) get custom ear buds made to fit your ear canal. 2) use "beats" style headphones. But like you mention kind of bulky. 3) use standard ear buds but also wear an under armour beanie to hold them in. This is what I do. Works great! And under armour makes beanies meant to be worn in summer so you don't get too hot.

Option 2 is a great idea if you're a huge douche bag but need a better way to let people know.

As for the actual question, I use Shure earbuds. They're good for general gym use, but anything moving quicker (i.e. Crossfit) is going to cause them to fall out of your ears.

Gym/Sport ear buds?

I've used and still use Sennheiser CX 300 or 300 II, which is their newer earphones. They are very lightweight, basic in ear canal design, with asymmetrical cable length and excellent sound quality for the price. I've been using my last pair for about 3 years and they are still working great, and I do wear them all day every day at work, I'm an auto tech and listen to a lot of audiobooks. I even washed them by accident once but it seemed not to affect them at all.

Just have to make sure you don't buy a cheap Chinese knock off, cuz then they aren't worth crap. ( don't ask how I know)

ive found that the noise-isolating style in-ear headphones go so deep into your ear canal that they never fall out

I started to read your comment, got confused and referred back to the quote to double check what option 2 was and then finished reading your comment.

The pre-IP5 ear buds were awful at staying in your ears.
