I usually workout around 7pm, but when I can get in earlier I think it feels so much better.

Worked out 8:30-10PM. Had plenty of energy. Working in the afternoon sucks, no energy. I'm going to stick with evening workouts. I wish I figured this out years ago, I always wondered why I'm so fatigued working out in the afternoon. I guess each person has their peak workout hours.

The drive to the gym is about 8 minutes, and by the time I get to the gym I have a rocket in my asss. Which results in crushing it at the gym early in the morning, Solly won't admit it but he likes when I give him something to think about at his work on the morning when I always text him what I'm doing.
I always look forward to these discussions lol

I finally get to hit the gym today after over a week of no iron. Suffice it to say, I'm antsy!

I think your pump was due to negative STD results. I still think you have HPV, expect warts closely either on your anus, tests, or pubs area.

I work out at random times, sometimes early morning, midday, or evening
Depends on my work schedule
I haven't really been able to determine whether I am stronger at a certain time ... because sometimes I will be super tired in the morning but end up putting up more weight and more reps still
