haha no, i'm just busting chops... i've been posting perfectly grilled/seared med-rare steaks around here for the past 4 years

no video tutorial needed for me, but i'm just being a pompous smart ass about it... i'm sure that was meant for everyone, which obviously will be helpful

Got hungry and bored at work. Steamed a 3.25lb lobster and made a lobster roll, first time ever making/eating one. Turned out pretty good.

No pics, but a little twist.

Made a meatloaf tonight with meatball mix (beef pork veal)... Added the usual, onions, little oil, one egg, salt... Andddd a heaping tablespoon of a black bean hummus I got from trader joes or wherever.

Wow... It was so impulsive too... But wow. Try it.

Mussels a la grecque, calimari salad, chicken and avocado spread flat bread and the last one was the best... Marinated tofu with a nori vinaigrette
