Sooooooo forward thinking!
It would have been easy to make a generalization there. Glad you dodged the bullet.

Oddly you can't put race things in there, because that would be bigoted...

I'm not sure whether you're mocking Jews or reinforcing the intolerance found among some in the Christian community.

i'm not sure whether you're too stupid to know or you're just trying to be witty and make a joke.

I imagine it's the former part of my post... but the absurdity of the comment is too overwhelming to rule out the latter part of my post.

Seems solid, proceed.

Anyone following the race? He's literally still the best candidate. Is Guilani around and willing to work?

If it didn't involve a controversial politician, that could be a typical exchange between New Yorkers.

Weiner may just be a hothead who didn't think how it would end up looking on video. Or he may figure he's got nothing to lose and wants the attention.

Honestly, I think he could have engaged that guy and come out looking pretty good if he'd just kept his cool. There's some value in knowing when to stand up to a coward that's tossing insults at your back. If he'd stayed cool and focused on the fact that an adult called him a scumbag in front of children, and that the guy has a problem with the race of his wife, he MIGHT have been able to come across as strong, even-tempered and rational person that stood up for himself.

But he didn't, he let it turn into an argument where each of them was just trying to talk over the other guy. No politician comes across well in a situation like that. And Weiner has even less leeway because of his history than a typical politician.

Weiner may just be a hothead who didn't think how it would end up looking on video after republicans edited it and made it look like something it wasn't.
