FEELER: May be selling my 02 330ci

Well, i have a pretty good deal on an M3 so i may be getting rid of the car. I have to talk to my dad about it and see what happens. If i get the M obviously my car has to go. It is an 2002 Alpine white 330ci w/ grey leather.
It has the sports package, premium package, heated seats, xenons, step trans. The car has about 24,000 miles on it right now. I would like to sell the car with all the mods on it if possible. I got my car appraised by BMW last night when i went to look at the M3. They will give me 30,200 for my car, but they want it stock.
The mods are ACS front addon, Mtech side skirts, Painted rear diffuser white to match the car. ACS roof spoiler, M3 lip spoiler. White front bumper reflectors, Silvervison bulbs in front, side and rear lights. 5400k xenon bulbs. 19' Hamann MH2 chrome wheels(not on the car for the winter). Will also include the m68s, UUC v2 springs, 35% tint. Im probably forgetting a couple of things but thats all for now. The car is in great condition. No scratches, paint still feels smooth as new. Interior is in great condition as well. Im looking to get around 33,500 for the car with everything on it. Ive checked nada.com and the private party sale was 33,500 and 34,000 on kbb. Im willing to get rid of it with all the mods for the same price. Please let me know if anyone is interested. Locals only. i do not want to deal with shipping a vehicle.
