Practice the doubles. You'll get in a nice grove. I got decent at them by never ending my workout until I got 10 consecutive, then 15, 20 as I got better.

I agree. Especially practice when you are tired. So when you are fresh, it will feel more natural.

I'm a fan of constantly practicing everything I hate. Such as Snatches, DUs and HSPUs.

We had a guy qualify 11th in region and 135th in the world (I believe those were his placings - didn't verify them online myself.)

Just like Lance... Everyone is doing something, he was just the best at it.

I have zero issues with athletes taking PEDs... Contact sports and combat sports should be the only sports with strict testing. But if a guy wants to lift weights or ride a bike for a living, why not?
