head removal question

I'm trying to lift the head off the block but the front of the head seems like it's still bolted down. I got the 2 little bolts at the front, but does this plastic thing in the pic hide another? Or does it hold the head down?

Timing chain guide bolt goes through to the block. I read a bunch of head gasket DIY's and never seen that one mentioned.

Have to go get a 1/4 drive E8 to get it out though.
