Sorry to hear about this, I miss your contributions. Hope the treatment allows you to bounce back. I was put in isolation with a MRSA infection in 2005.

Fight, you can make it through this MJ. I don't know you personally, but from everyone's comments you seem to be a genuine stand up guy. I wish you and your family all the best, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm sure its really a stellar achievement to buy a five thousand dollar car, pimp it out craigslist wheels, and slap on some ebay springs.

Congratulations, your car is a disaster.

You're a warrior, MJ. Keep fighting. Don't give up hope. You have our hopes and prayers. Someone should start making stickers that help donate to MJ's case that we can put on our cars.

This is simply a horror for MJLavelle and his family. The random nature of cancer makes it hard. There is nothing good about the hospital environment and it surely tries one's resolve to keep a good spirt. I hope there is a turn for the better soon. Words do not convey the pain that this causes folks on this forum to see one of their members in such a condition. Stay strong.

Prayers to you and your family, good sir. My 85 year old grandmother was admitted to the hospital this afternoon. She has had stage 4 lung cancer for the past 18 months and has been through 12 or 13 rounds of chemo. Typically, she is mentally pretty sharp and alert. Luckily, she still has the strength to walk and even drive her e90 from time to time (she is the one who got me interested in cars!) Unfortunately, I think she had a mild stroke today (the doctors won't be certain until they've run more tests.) Having a loved one in the hospital is very unsettling, and I hate to admit that I some times take for granted the gift of good health. You are in my thoughts and prayers! Get better, man.

My Ride: slow and steady
My mother went through lymphoma a few years back and it was really difficult for her and for all of us to go through that experience.

Thoughts and prayers with you both...

Well, I see much hasn't changed. I've been gone for almost a year and the first thing I notice when signing into OT is a get well thread. Awesome.

I throw in all my best wishes and good feels with the rest of OT!
