Hmmm...been super busy at work and back in the gym as much as possible combined with my soccer and stuff with my daughter.

I'll make this a quick update and add more later.

This was yesterday. I'm up to 184-186, put on a lot of size recently but have definitely lost my lean look and definition because of it. But I'll eventually get that back (I hope) when I focus on definition and being cut instead of trying to bulk up. No way with my diet right now I could be super lean and cut.

Alright, was a bit limited on time so I condensed everything, rest for one thing was achieved while doing another. For instance, between curl sets, I did dead lift, etc.

BB seated preacher curls
60x10
70x10
80x10
90x10

Dead lift (keep in mind, I'm 5 months removed from lower back surgery and hadn't done this exercise in over a year
115x10
135x10
155x10
205x10

Close grip lay pull downs
100x10
110x10
120x10
130x10

Wide grip pull-ups
10x3

Seated cable curls (Hoist machine where you also lift part of body weight)
60x10x3

Reverse flies on incline bench
20x10x3
25x10

Worked in some forearm exercises as well

Standing barbell curls to hammer curls to reverse curls, burnout
25x10x3 for each variation, no rest between each position, type switch

Pretty much all I had time for. And yes, I know it's probably weak. Feel free to add advice and pointers.

Man, I gets no love in this place. If I start whining and complaining like Zoo, will I get advice and recommendations?

Anyway, I'll post my workout later.

But, here's a progress pic. Actually pretty sad and irritated. I had to work open-close this entire to week to cover for my Finance Director, which I didn't anticipate, and my eating plunged. Down 4 lbs from last Friday

First get you vision checked, it's Z00 with Zeros. lol

Second, stop taking pics while flexing, stand normal.

Third, WTF is up with your skin, I think the guy above was talking about your skin wrinkles. Do you drink a lot or eat bad food? Start paying attention to your diet, minimal alcohol, take care of your skin, does not look good for your age. Maybe it's white people skin. Go see a dermatologist. How old are you?

Forth, post your damn workouts.

Fifth, Z00 does not complain, I put my heart into this ****. Last night I skipped getting laid so I go workout. I'm dedicated MFs.

Did I hurt your vag ZOO?

Ok, here's a pic of me not flexing
Attachment 537500

Satisfied?

Dude, don't even try to talk to me about workouts, diet, drinking or anything. My skin wrinkles? Ok. I'm sure I have some. I'm 36 ZOO. I work 10-13 hour days, sometimes (like now) for a week straight, and still get to the gym and work out. I don't 1/2 ass it or waste time while I'm there.

Last nights workout:

Dead lift
135x10x2
185x10
225x10

BB shoulder shrugs
225x15
275x12
305x10x2

DB shoulder shrugs
75x10
80x10
85x10
90x10

DB seated shoulder press, successive, no rest
35x10
40x10
45x10
40x10
35x10

Leg press
225x10x2
305x10
405x10

Mixed in 3 sets of calf extensions between sets on leg press, same weights, 30 reps each

Lat pull downs, close grip
110x10
120x10
130x10

Sit down cable shoulder press
40x10
50x10
60x10

Rear delt, reverse pec dec
110x10
120x10
130x10x2

Mixed in a couple more exercises on cable machines, reverse crunches/back extension, planks and burpees.

That pretty much sums it up. And see those things on the sides of my neck, ZOO? They're called traps. You should try getting some.
