It's YOU guys who complain about your looks not me. I'm quite happy with what I have. Workout more, talk less, go have a look at yourself in the mirror.

I care only about function (speed, strength, endurance when playing sports) and looks when it comes to working out. I have been making good progress regardless of the health issues I have. Once I have my surgery in few months, I should see even better results as I'll be able to workout harder.

If you want to chase numbers, be that guy who DLs 600lbs and looks like $hit (fat), that's your own business not mine. Just be happy with your goals and stop acting like little b!tches.

We do have similar workout strategies. I rarely do arms as well. I lost 6lbs in the past 2 months, my biceps are still 13".

Same thing with abs, I only do dedicated ab workouts once a week, I got visible abs from compound movements and soccer. Hoping to get over my health hurdle so I can get back on track. I reduced my workout intensity so I don't pass out lol

Far too many ppl do more volume on their front than back. When in actuality, you should be doing 2-3 pulling movements for every 1 pressing movement. And as for arms, haven't touched mine isolated in years.. They grow from heavy pulling/pressing. Again, ppl ask me all the time what I do for "arms". When I tell them nothing, they look confused.

Who the f*ck is complaining, we are just pointing out that you contradict yourself constantly on here and when given advice or pointed all you do is argue about stupid minor details.

13"?!!! Well in that case DO ARMS...

Mine measure 15-1/2" cold unflexed and 17" flexed @165-175lbs.

But ya, I pull way more than I push. I don't directly work arms. And I find myself doing more lower body work than upper.

I had my colonoscopy yesterday and lost even more weight. I'm like 157lbs now. Bi's were 14.5" when I was 164lbs.

I take advice. Without this forum I would not have made any progress.

The thing you're not grasping is that if you did other workouts like the ones Jeremy does you'd be more athletic and look better. You're doing some pseudo bodybuilding/whatever you feel like training. It doesn't seem to make much sense.

Ya bro, who is Jeremy?

What exact workouts are you talking about? Any specifics on what I'm missing? What do you mean by pseudo?

I do all compound lifts (DLs, FS, squats, OHP), DBs for bench, and some isolation for shoulders. Maybe you mean my split is different. You might think so but it's really like hypertrophy workout you're doing. I customize it a bit to work with my weak muscle parts.

I found out the hard way no single program is right for everyone, each person is different and they need to tailor a program for themselves. Goes for working out and nutrition.

I did a good job of behaving myself with food as well, ate pretty clean during my time off and may have even lost more fat. Just need to get my strength back.

This elbow issue sucks though.

Finally getting fully back into the swing of things, back day felt great today, set of 8 DLs at 325 was a breeze.

My elbow/forearm is still bothering me though, I'm afraid I may have torn or severely strained something, the pain isn't bad, it's just annoying they it's still there after taking a few weeks off.

No idea, could probably go heavier/more reps on bench but I usually work out without a spotter.
