Good luck with that since HPF is closed now. If you can get your AEM unlocked nick at MAC Autosport can tune it. Wish you all the best...

Guys do any of you guys have a prefacelift coupe front bumper laying around after MTECH or M3 upgrade?

I lost the front plastic piece on I70 (damn those tire pieces flying around on the highway).

Looking for #2 on the diagram

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...79&hg=51&fg=15

Part number: 51118225599

Steel gray preferred, but any other color will do too.
I am going to paint it black till I upgrade to MTECH II or M3 bumper.
Just dont want to spend $60+paint when I can get the MTECH II for about $200, but then I dont want to upgrade yet.

Go through your garages guys, help me out.

Found out how the M3 does fording a flooded street today.

Made it out, but don't recommend it. I think I had water on the belts because the alternator light came on .....

Yah, driving a lowered car over those flooded streets wasn't fun. Was in and out of aurora 4 times during the peak hours(worst flooding time).

Causality, front license plate lost in the flood while wading through it.

Had to keep the rpms at 2500 by revving in Neutral (auto) when kia car in front of me stalled and the i felt the tail pipe was under the water.

Was worried if the water would enter the cabin from the door sills but it held up nicely. At times water was getting plowed over the hood, scary scary moment. As soon as I got to dry land immediately opened the hood. No water there except for a little splash on the fan blades. Later my drivers side light showed a little fogging. Other than that all good.

But I would not want to repeat it again.

If anyone needs to borrow a RTAB tool let me know. I bought the MIS one to do my car.

I will probably sell it, but until then for someone local I can rent it out for a six pack and a deposit to cover the cost of the tool.

Dude I did my Rtabs last year. Wish I had these tools. I was using bushing tools and took me 6 hours on the lift.

I will pass the info if anyone I know are doing Rtabs.

Just let me know, happy to give you a ride. It's so much faster than any station wagon has a right to be. 6MT too...

I will surely have to take you up on that here, it's been a while since I've been over to that giant barn you call a garage. You get a lift in there yet? lol

What, everyone can't fit 3 cars, a tire trailer,a motorcycle, two bikes, a set of wheels/tires plus all their tools and assorted crap in their garage? LOL

I'm actually running out of space. I'd love to get a lift in...

I personally love my E46s in the snow. I think they are great and just a button push away from a good time. Not sure the Audi is as easy to work on as an E46. Both fun tho. Obviously people on this site are going to lean BMW way. Let us know what you get!
