(SO-CAL) 2004 ZHP Sedan 4-door silver grey 13,400 (Price Cut)

Up for sale is my baby. It is time for me to sell her as work is now demanding that I have a truck. I cannot fit another car where I live or I'd keep her. I've had this car for about a year and a half. In that time I've racked up almost 20,000 miles...bought the car in April of 2012 with 86,000 miles. Now has a little over 106,000... It was a previous CPO and taken very well care of.

It is a 2004 zhp silver grey with cold weather package and a 6 speed manual transmission with all black leather and black cube trim.
The cold weather includes:
Heated front seats
Headlight washers(I disconnected them)
Fold down seats

Photos of the car can be found below
HERE

Have roof racks with two bike holders as well

The car has relatively new tires which are Michelin super sports with about 7/10th tread. They are mounted in the stock bmw 135 staggered wheels.

The car is basically stock with the exceptions of:
Bsw stage one speakers
Dinan intake
Orion Angel eyes
HID fogs

Recent Maintenance done:<10,000 miles
New mehle fcab
New spark plugs
New valve cover gasket and a vanos kit
Oil changes with bmw oil every 7k miles
New Thermostat and gasket
And more I'm sure I'm missing.

The car has a strong clutch and the brakes are still good.

The exterior is 8.5/10 and the interior is 9/10

How about some pictures?

What kind of maintenance do you expect to do if you keep it? Have any of these been replaced?

Oil Separator?
Water Pump?
Expansion Tank?
Starter Motor?
Alternator or Voltage Regulator?
Belt pulleys?

Honestly i don't plan on keeping the car long enough to do major service, but i did have few things planned out...Already bought the oil for the differentials and tranny...Might be doing that soon.

None of what you have listed have been replaced.

I've had no problems with the oil separator..She only will burn a quart of oil in about 5k Miles.
Water Pump nor ET Tank hasn't been replaced although i should of redone the entire cooling system when i did the thermostat, it was just a rush to get it dont because it went bad and stuck open.

The cooling System and Belts are next on my list of what should be done regarding service.
Starter Motor is still strong, i didn't know that was recommended maintenance.

The battery still charges fine haven't had a single problem with it again, wasn't aware of that being a common maintenance.

Didn't see a need to replace the VR either as it is still performing correctly.

What's the reason for changing the head gasket?

That's what I thought.
I'll keep an eye on your car. Mine was rear ended- total loss unfortunately. As soon I am done with the insurance claim and hand them the pink slip, I'll be ready to buy another E46. Looking for a 2004-2005 330i 6-speed manual.
