One of the hardest wods I've done.
50 115lb hang cleans. When the clock his the top of every minute stop and do 5 burpees. Ended up doing 20 burpees. It took me 5:40

Tonight i'm not messing around anymore. I'm taking the time to learn the full clean and split jerk. I saw it at a CrossFit comp I attended with a friend Saturday and it's a thing of beauty. A dude my size did a bear complex with 265lbs. I'm sure he has a ton more experience than me but my god it was inspiring. The complex was this, full clean, split jerk, bring weight behind head, split jerk it back up.

I also saw muscle ups for the first time in person. Impressive as hell. On video they look kind of easy but watching dudes bang out 7 in a row was pretty awesome.

Back squats are so weak. I don't get it. I can front squat 205x2x6 and today 225x2x6 back squat felt heavier. I did do 50 burpees in 2:59 though.
