My legs are ok. My calves have come a long way. I train them at least twice a week...heavy! Not afraid to wear shorts anymore..haha.

what do you do for calves. I never bothered because it seems like a waste of time lol

Lucky bish! I start out with jump ropes for about 10 mins. THen I superset whatever I'm working out with calves. My gym has this calf machine where you sit 45 degrees and the pump from the calf raises are unbelievable. Like this:

Yeah I do that same machine. I usual do 3-4 sets of 15 and my final rep on each set I hold it for 30 seconds. Should give it a try nothing better than feeling that burn in your calves!

175lb these were taken after an arm session and abs still 2 weeks out from show time.

Looking good Brotha!

My progress is going really good. Already down to 144 lbs. Under 4 weeks to go and I feel like I'm basically there so now its just a matter of maintaining it. My abs are good, but just a tad bit of water retention. Still nervous about peak week. I may not mess with sodium too much, but probably cut water night before and day of. Not sure how I want to manipulate my carbs either. What about you?

I'm not sure on how I'm going to do my carbs this time around nor do I remember what I did last time haha. But iirc the day of I had basically rice cakes all day and the day before I think id have just protein and veggies but not too sure. Ill have a better idea that next Monday the week of my show.

How's your posing going?

I've been messing with posing, but not really. Definitely haven't been coached on it. So I have a couple questions....1. im super vascular with pump, esp my biceps. Should I not pump up my arms? 2. I feel super skinny now, should I bulk or just come in shredded as fuark?! If I can tonight, gonna try and take photos with a pump
