I lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months. Once I figured out the main health issues (one still left), I started to gain weight, I'm at 159lbs now, was 155lb a month ago. I'm usually around 170lbs. So 10lbs more to gain.

It was not just one illness, it turned out to be 3 different issues (GI, testicles, and blood pressure) that all started a couple of years ago. Two issues are resolved, the third will take some time to resolve. I'm glad at least my lifting weights are back where they were before. The problem was the dumb ass urologist and primary care physician I had. Once I switched to better ones, they figured out my issues right away.

It sucks when one has a passion to workout and be active, but cannot due to health issues.

I tried my max pull-ups today. Got 20. Full strict ones. I did not push myself all the way, I think I had a couple more in me but did not want to sacrifice form.

Kettlebell swings (with DB). 55lbs

175 total reps

Did 10/15/20, followed by 5 diamond grip push-ups after each set (60 total push-ups).

20 body weight dips as a finisher.

I need more of this type of workouts, my heart rate was up worse than when doing heavy DLs or squats. Damn Solly!

Killed it today even though my obliques and legs are killing me from soccer. I need to eat more carbs and stop eating too healthy.

Did this circuit 10x: In 50min including rest and warmup

20 DB swings with 55lbs
5 body weight pull-ups
5 body weight dips

Total: 200 swings @55lbs, 50 pull-ups, 50 dips body weight

Yesterday did not feel like going to the gym, did a mini workout in the park.

50 Pull-ups, 50 wide push-ups.

I would not say worthless, I burned at least 150 calories . Better than nothing. Believe it or not my lats are a bit sore from 50 strict pull-ups.

You shouldn't be buring calories lol

I think the workout was decent for something quick.

lol I agree, I would rather be not big and toned, instead of big and not toned. The hardest thing is to be big and toned. Hopefully this makes sense

I decided to start eating more. Time to bulk up for the nasty winter.

got it. I am getting bigger but not really toned right now. I'll worry about that later.

Stuffed my face today, tripled my carbs intake, seems that's where my issue is, not enough carbs. Carbs/sugar right before/after workouts is not enough, needs to be spread around the clock on workout days.

Front squats:
1 x 10 45lbs
1 x 6 135lbs
1 x 3 175lbs
1 x 4 155lbs
1 x 4 155lbs
1 x 6 135lbs

Standing leg curls: per leg
1 x 8 60lbs
1 x 8 60lbs
1 x 8 60lbs

Standing DB Arnold presses:
1 x 10 20lbs
1 x 8 35lbs
1 x 8 35lbs
1 x 8 35lbs

side delts DBs with palms in:
1 x 10 20lbs
1 x 10 20lbs
1 x 10 20lbs

Cable face-pulls:
1 x 10 90lbs
1 x 10 90lbs
1 x 10 90lbs

Leg-ups:
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10

First time in months where I leave the gym and still have energy in me, was motivated the whole time. Damn summer cut!

Soccer game for 50min every week for work soccer league.

Is this enough cardio for the week or do I need to do more?

I'm pretty much sprinting at my max speed for over 20min of the game. I'm a middle fielder, so I have to run forward and backward the whole time.

Dude you're losing weight and you're talking about "enough cardio". Remember when your teachers said there were no dumb questions? They lied.
