Locked glovebox

Hi all

Can anyone help me
I have a 05 convertible and the glovebox has locked itself.

Any ideas on how to fix it without breaking it???

I had the same problem , use a handle of a spoon or a flat piece of metal push it in between the glove box where it open and push left on the lock, this will open the glove box, tighten the screws on the latch and it should work fine after that . it is also worth unscrewing the latch on the inside of the glove box and making sure the wires have not become detached. The glove box is lock when you lock the car with you key fob.
