ECS Love

Just wanted to show some love and brag about ECS Tuning since they dont have a review program; its all word of mouth.

I had ordered a cooling refresh kit and had it installed. About 3-4 months later, I noticed a slight coolant leak on the upper radiator hose that connects to the expansion tank. It was the O-ring in it that had failed; so I called ECS and explained my situation; at the time their servers were down but they responded IMMEDIATELY! Talked to a James fella (ext. 351) and was soo helpful that he sent out a new radiator hose for a charge of $3.00! Arrived 2 days later and DONE!

ECS Tuning has one of the best customer support I have ever dealt with!

Thanks ECS! :hi:

They are awesome. Only complaint is their shipping is on the high side on cost, but it's worth it to go with them.

I love their website: easy to use, awesome photo previews of all parts they can sell you (hint, if there are no photos available, it's likely they can't offer it; their website is plugged in directly to BMW's parts distribution system so shows every single item from BMW parts).

But as Avetiso mentions, their shipping prices are a little on the higher side, which negates any pricing advantage they may have over other e-tailers, such as FCP Euro, and BMW Parts Pros here in Cali, whom I shop almost exclusively now as they usually offer the lowest price even after including shipping, handling (yes, they charge a separate handling fee), and taxes.

I buy all my BMW stuff almost exclusively from ECS.

They're great.

For me if I don't buy at my local dealership, Crevier BMW then I go to ECS. Love how organized their website is.
