Any experience with OReily Motorcars Milwaukee?

Have you guys had any experience with O'Reily motorcar in Milwaukee?
I had my car towed there last week due a to a disconnected strut.
They are quoting me $580 for both sides for labor to unbolt the strut and assemble the shock correctly using the sleeve (which they found was missing on my TCK coilovers).

They said they are going to bill me at @ $120/hr because installed parts are non-standard. This is the first time I've heard of any indy charging extra for aftermarket parts. Furthermore, parts are $80 for each side, and he said he cannot order them from TC Kline with out marking them up.

I'm wondering what kind of experience locals have had with this shop.
Is it just me or is $600 kind of high for this job.
At that rate I should of had it towed to Concours BMW. I was surprised to hear that he would mark up parts if he ordered them and his statement about nonstandard parts.

Maybe check out Kummrow if you are on the east side of Milwaukee. They bill at $85/hour. They are just down the road from Concours.

If you are in Waukesha area, try Milwaukee Motorwerks. They bill at $75/hour.

I've had great service at both.
