I have serious doubts that those 'good things' were his ideas.

Maybe, maybe not. As a leader he is charged with the bad things that happen under his watch. The same should go with the good.

Just because I don't like a republican doesn't mean I like democrats. Don't get your hopes up.

No I truly don't like Bush. Since when have I ever said anything against my ideas just to get people to like me? I argue with everyone on here.

What gives you the impression I think you should be on one side or the other?

I have no idea where your allegiances lie. That comment was, more or less, aimed at other regulars in poli talk. You just gave me the ramp from which to launch the comment.

Thanks!

The list goes on and on... but clearly you're snubbing the previous administration for all of their bar setting work.

Says the trapped NYer that works in a toilet.

Typical New Yorker. When you can't argue or take a joke resort to insults.

Pssst: I'm better than you.

Yours is the minority view. Fed minutes already show there is significant support in the FOMC for tapering before the end of this year. If it hasn't tapered off by the end of 2014, the market will be very surprised and will adjust its expectations accordingly. I wouldn't bet any money on your position.

I know. Like I said, I will only "dislike" her if for some reason (probably political), she alters the prevailing direction in favor of making things look better for the next elections.

I don't expect her to do it. I hope she doesn't do it. She probably couldn't do it. I'll just wait and see. I am only predicting a scenario where I would not approve of this appointment.

I guess sound money doesn't mean anything anymore. Doesn't matter who he picked. The FED Reserve is still going to print print print.
