From integra to Audi to bmw .

Hello new to the bmw Scene but not new to the site . Just want to finally introduce myself now that I have my new car.

I'm 17 still in high school and a small under the table job that comes and goes .
This is my 4th car THIS YEAR ONLY ! Started off with a 95' Acura integra which I've had for a year and sold in January, sold and bought a salvaged 2002 Audi a4 avant (wagon) - that went to waste because I put almost 4200 into the car just to make it go through inspections so then trades this for another 2002 Audi a4 sedan ... Registered it ... Sold that recently and finally bought my 2000 bmw 323ci for 2400.

Bought it for 2400 with 168k stock with no outside damage and detail work to be done inside .
I'm a mod friendly person. I like to try and learn and work with new things and test them out to see if I like them or not so that's why I'm here .

Rust free I'd give the outside 9/10 very clean , no dents . Although the rubber moldings by the windows are rotting out and breaking away ( of you can help with this solution id be very happy ) .
Interior jut needs a good clean ...

My first problem with the car is the passenger door doesn't open from the outside . So I'd like a little help with that .
My first interior mod will be arrest delete and vinyl wrap the interior trim .

Any good affordable engine mods ?

I will do my best to find and search through the forum to find solutions but if not I'm sorry but I will be the annoying poster (noob) sometimes .

Well thanks !

Not right now... if you bought an e46 for 2.4K you are pretty tight on money, and you dont want to end up in a financially raped position.
Although I am of the opinion that a 2000's bmw is going to be more reliable/les PITA than an audi of similar vintage, you might end up needing more than twice what you paid for the car to get it in decent condition.

Good luck!

Good advice . Very much appreciated . Your right first is maintenance . It's going to shop Friday for all fluid change and tune up . Then intake and see how it rides out . Currently needs a o2 sensor and a speed sensor . Getting this done ASAP .
