dlbeutler's start to finish..ish

since I haven't posted much on this site but I'm always using it for ideas and to answer questions, I'm going to make this like my second intro. Hoping to get some feed back from you guys, good or bad! After about a hour of scavenging through my phone for picture this is what I came up with..

2001 325i Sedan from NW Ohio

All stock with M wheels

Stock rims plasti dipped, tinted windows and painted grille

New rims.. TSW Maxx 17x8 in the front 17x9 in the rear

Amber to clear side markers
I ended up replacing them twice. i bought LED makers at first but i thought they looked ricey plus the would randomly flash so i replaced them with Depo's and chrome bulbs

Nite-Shade tail lights and carbon fiber emblems
Tail lights look 10x better after i used maquires headlight restoration and polished them.

2 different suspension set ups buy nice or buy twice
megan racing springs

Also i got Depo smoked corner lights

wasn't satisfied with the drop so i got Raceland coilovers witch have since settled

CSL front bumper and M Tech rear. bought off ebay but fitment was actually pretty good!

These were actually like the first things I bought for the car but I had them laying around the house for about 7 months before I finally got off my ass to get them painted. Also painted side trim.

**uneven drive way!

VIS brand GTR style hood

Rocked the Carbon Fiber look for week

new exhaust.. more ebay **** but hey ballin' on a budget, no credit cards, no debt!
I actually like it a lot cause I was running with a muffler delete for awhile and this exhaust is pretty quiet. Plus its way more responsive but I'm assuming thats just because it had no back pressure before
**yes I'm aware i had it assembled wrong in the picture

and this is how she sits right now

Like i said, let me know what you guys think, questions or opinions!
thanks for viewing

looks good. what happened to the m wheels? those with a drop and proper tires would look great with your mods. glad to see you painted the hood.

I Ended Up Selling Them. They Looked Good But They Had Their Fair Share Of Curb Rash From The Previous Owner. I Originally Took Them Off Cause They Rubbed In The Back At Stock Height. Pretty Sure They Had The Wrong Tire Size On them

Looks decent...

Honestly, I don't like the black wheels, black kidney grills, black corners. Just way too played out nowadays.

Oh I completely Agree It Has Been Over Played! Some Times I wish I Had Polished Rims But With The black/Carbon Fiber Accents The Rims Flow Nicey But To Each His own

+1. I can deal with the black kidneys.. I think that some clears and some new headlight lenses would clean it up a lot. As would some new tail lights.

Headlights Are Definitely The Next Mod Im Doing! Originally I Was Going To Get Clear Corners But After Looking At Other 01'S With Clears I Thought They Stick Out Way To Much, These Flow Perfect With The Black Housing headlights
