Help! 04 330ci convertible lock fob problems....

Hi this is my first thread, this site it amazing and wanted some help, I have a 2004 330ci convertable, that I can't lock the doors using the key, I've seen a lot of people have this problem with e46's and solved it by checking fuses and checking fuel door actuator. I can't find a fuse for that, I looked in the trunk there is no fuse box on the passenger side, also I disconnected the actuator and still no luck. Can someone please help me with this I can't lock my doors with the key fob. I also tried to reprogram the key by puting it in position 1 for 5 secs then removing it and holding down unlock and press lock 3 times with no luck. Thanks
