Well, I need some help, please!

So, I was changing my tranny fluid the other night, and noticed this little bolt was loose, so I went to tighten it, it was stripped. Took a closer look, and I'm sort of nervous as to what it goes to, and how unsafe it is that it's lose.
I've got a 2004, 325xi 5 speed. Not sure if it matters, but there you go.
If anyone could give me some info, it'd be greatly appreciated. Also maybe how i can go about fixing this?

Can probably have it tapped out, drill a little larger hole in the crossmember if needed, and get a new bolt for it. Or, just replace the mount, depending on what your situation is.
