Does it need immediate attention??

So My passenger side RTAB is making noise and rear end feels squirrelly.. I plan on doing a full bushing refresh kit but for now is it ok to drive it how it is for say 2-4 weeks? Will it cause any severe damage if i drive it until then? Kinda strap for cash at the moment since I'm possibly purchasing a home very shortly...

Please get back to me

Thanks in advance!

don't drive it hard. avoid sudden braking, turning, acceleration. might overstress (pm me if you want to know what you would be overstressing) otherwise don't worry about it
