Will my rims fit? e46 sedan w/ 255/35/18 rears

Sorry... i did search, but i've been getting mixed results.

I know my fronts will fit...
18"x8"+40 w/ 225/40/18

But will be rears fit with out having to roll my fenders? not lowered

----18"x9"+45 w/ 255/35/18

it wont rub ...
i am running the 225/40/18 18*8 and rear 255/35/18 18*9.5

no problem at all.. no need to roll fender or anything..
even my car is lowered!!!

They'll fit with no problem. The wheels are the correct offsets, and you're running the proper tire sizes.

I have 18x8.5 front et40 with 225/40/18 Pirelli PZero Nero,
18x9.5 rear et45 255/35/18 Pirelli PZero Nero.
No rubbing, stock sport suspension.

what wheels are those? and do they make them in matte black? they look amazing on your ride.
