Thumbs down Driving down Philly's "rocky" steps - 8K in fines

apparently this vid has led to identification and 8K in fines.. guy claims a failed parking-brake forced him to drive down then do a victory speed-off

My grandmother called me as soon as this happened to tell me all about it because a BMW was involved Those steps are steep I wonder how he even got up them in the first place.

Nope not a chance. And my dad never starting renting with the intent of getting money just from the government. We do have some tenants who pay their own rent.
