My Ride: 328i-GONE ;(
What is up fellas? Been a minute since I posted on here. Been super busy with my kids work and some serious life stuff. Still been running a decent amount. Winter time is actually easier to find time for me so I am going to stay hard at it this winter with treadmill, office workout, and xbox nike plus workout. I did get a small weight set so I would like advice on a few exercise. I have a barbell with total weights up to 110 lbs. Yeah I know I need to get more weight but let me get starts with this. Also have a 25lb dumbell for dem arm curls, lol. Also a pull bar at the office.

Weight is right at 180 +/-
eat pretty normal 1500-2000 calories
Run 9-12 miles a week
Exercieses in the past include, BW squats, HSPU, PU, plank, pull ups, KB swings with dumbell, curls,

Mostly need advice what to do with barbell to add muscle

The weights were my father's that passed away. They are old school concrete poured into plastic mold.

good start. You should def get some more weight though. Other than the press I'd image squatting and deadlifting that weight is too easy.

Neither is difficult with low reps. I just tried to close to fail.

This is your accountability thread. How's things going now with the holidays? Staying on your game? Keeping the good habits rolling?

I have gotten off track with the holidays somewhat. Floated back to 185. Hard not to eat when bored around the house. Once the kids go back to school we get super busy with their basketball leagues. So that will help. I am still motivated. Signed up for the spartan race in April again. Trying to get stronger.
