Are you dropping weight? You do a lot of conditioning stuff from the looks of it. I've been toning mine down and definitely notice a difference in my size. I'll probably keep eating the way i am in the spring but really turn up the conditioning.

Yeah I'm down to 207 from a high of 232 in april. Trying to get down to 195 or so and keep my strength. We'll See how it goes. I just doing what I can with the limited space and equipment I have at my current temporary living situation

wow that's awesome. I'm getting a little frustrated because my body weight is going up but I'm not getting much stronger yet. I figured with another 10lbs on me it would be noticeable. Maybe it takes time to catch up.
