E46 Deleted Armrest Center Console

I'm pretty sure on most of the parts but the ash tray replacement. Just to be 100% clear, can anyone identify ALL pieces that make up the picture below of the deleted armrest console as well as all required hardware needed to make the transition from armrest to no armrest, thanks in advance.

Console part # is 51 16 8 234 154 in black, 155 in beige, and 51 16 8 248 507 in gray

Long Euro Tray is 51 16 7 038 323 in black, 324 in gray, 325 in beige
This is the piece sitting next to the ebrake handle

The rear ashtray is the same one used in the armrest cars, I just did this in my 2005 325ci.

E46 Deleted Armrest Center Console

I believe the console and "Euro long tray" part numbers are correct. After researching, an option that I'm not going to personally exercise at $40 extra is to replace the rear ashtray/storage with a compartment storage offered in two colors of black, pure black which is part number 51168225986, and in black/chrome part number 51168258276. The latter part matches the chrome of the euro long tray so I would go with this part rather than pure black but I don't think it's worth the upgrade cost because with lid closed, one cannot distinguish between rear ashtray included with stock armrest console or optional rear storage compartment.

That rear storage compartment, is it just the insert that's different? Look that way.

Yes, it's just the insert but I don't think you can buy just the insert by itself unless someone here can tell me what the part number for that separate insert is. Below are all the pieces you would need to do the conversion.

I have the center console itself already. Didn't know about the tray, when I ordered it.
I'd love to replace the ash tray with compartment as well. Still iffy if I want to loose the cup holder or not.

Loosing the cup holders was never a thought for me, my M is a weekend car for spirited driving and I also think the cup holders though functional, bring down the class of the interior. You could always go with the "Euro short tray" which retains the coin dispenser and merely replaces the cup holders. That way you can switch back and forth between the two. For me, I'm going for comfort and sleekness therefore this means removing the armrest and installing the one piece "Euro long tray". See the "Euro short tray" pictures attached as an option but personally I don't like it because I don't carry change in the car, therefore I'd rather remove the coin dispenser all in one shot when installing my euro tray(long version).
