DICE Mediabridge 1500 kits sound issue

I bought the DICE Mediabridge 1500 kits for almost $500 from BSW. It has been having a sound issue right after one year from my purchase.
I contacted BSW but since BSW's warranty is only one year, BSW told me to contact Audiovox. Audiovox said I had to exchange to the new one for $190. I can't blame BSW but BSW is just retailer so they want to sell.

You go with GROM for $140 or test "new" Soundplicity for $270. I need to replace mine but I know for sure I don't want to make the same mistake.

What sort of sound issue are you having and is it happening in all modes or just one?

During engine is running, my audio is fine with radio but noise with the unit in all modes. I have tried everything from re-update software, reset, unhook battery, turn off text mode, etc. Even I brought my car to a audio shop. They said the issue is the unit.
