Belt came off. Broken Pulley? Please help!

Hey guys! So I was driving today and my battery light came on. I came to a complete stop behind a car, and went to turn and my power steering was gone. I was able to park and popped the hood. I noticed that the belt was either broken or came off. Is it either a broken pulley? Loose pulley? If so, which one? I understand that this is hard to diagnose without seeing the car, so how do I diagnose the culprit? All help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I just replaced my pulleys, I got an aluminum power steering and water pump pulley, and replaced the idler pulley and the tensioner pulley for $103 dollars from http://www.bmaparts.com/.
