using DynoDynamics
e39 530i
5 speed manual
NA
SS headers with NO cats
SS 2.5" single pipe, mandrel
Magnaflow Resonator
Remus muffler
Epic Motorsport Tune
E95 Gas (5% Ethanol + 95% normal 95 octane gas)

Epic tuned your car for E95? What injectors are you running?

The torque curve looks very odd. Something isn't right.

no, Randy do not tune my car to use E95 gas...
Im run the M54B30 injectors...

Why do you say my torque curve are odd?
what do you think its wrong here?

Right now Im talking with Randy, to see whats he can improve in his tune....

If the car isn't tuned for E95 you're running massively lean. Ethanol has only 66% of the energy density of gasoline so you need to run quite a bit more ethanol into the engine. That means bigger injectors, a higher flow fuel pump and a tune to take advantage of it.

Your torque should not be dropping so sharply at 5500 RPM and above.

lol...its 5% ethanol not 95%......op should not call it E95. E95 would be 95% ethanol.
