I only shot it with #6 Shot......not too bad. I hear the tax stamp is only $5 for AOW. Right now, trying to locate one in stock for a decent price. Perfect home defense/car gun

This is s Serbu, right? They make them from Mossbergs and Remingtons (though I've only seen the Mossbergs in person)

Look into this. It is defined as "firearm" It is not shotgun, rifle, pistol, sbs, aow, nor any defination as NFA. Click image for larger version

Kind of like this XO-26 firearm from Franklin Armoury. Since it is over 26" and has a foward grip and is not designed to be fired from the shoulder. Click image for larger version

Gray area for me on those, and not something I'd want to have to explain all the time. Too much attention from LE and nothing but your word to back your side of the story.

I'd rather pay the $5 to officially have a stamp to show to someone.

I've got a beater one we built in shop. IIRC it's roughly $750.

When I say beater, its our test mule.

Id be the guy at the range running 3" magnum slugs out of a super shorty shotgun. The more recoil the better.

Went to the range yesterday with a buddy. He just put a new brake on his savage 308 and I was on the bench next to him. Every time he shot I got hit with the concusion from the brake. I'll post video when I get home.
