Gonna get after it today in anticipation of the protein/carb overload.

Doing another bar complex since I loved yesterday's.

5 rounds: 5 reps each:

Wide grip clean pulls
Wide grip BB RDL
Wide grip hang snatch
Wide grip behind the head press
Back squat

Gonna be brutal.

Probably bang out a 30:30 after.

Got in this morning for this:

Back squats:
195x5x5

Curl BB skull crushers
60x10
70x10
80x10
90x10

Leg press
225x12
305x10
395x10
485x10

Sitting calf raises, slow and deep full extension down and up
115x15x3

Kettle bell swings
26x15x3

Triceps push-ups
30x3

Triceps cable pull downs, underhand straight bar
70x10
80x10
90x10
100x10

Triceps overhead cable extensions, rope
60x15
80x10
90x10
100x10

I tweaked my groin doing squats somehow,
, which was the first exercise I did and made all the other leg exercises feel great. And before anyone asks, yes I stretched, rolled out and warmed up. Not sure how exactly I did it. But it sucks.

I had to get through it in about 50 mins, was exhausted. Kettle swings are fvcking exhausting. Just started incorporating those. Think I'm gonna head over for round 2 when I get off at 4 having missed yesterday. Probably do some circuit training and ab work, maybe some deadlift too.

5 full deadlifts
3 Romanian deadlifts
Max rep shrugs at the top
*drop the barbell receive a 50 yard sprint penalty

What's the point of deadlifts to knee height?

What Greg said. The complex was rough. I actually did 185. You two can handle 250+ no problem. Give it a try sometime. It beat me down pretty hard. Then I finished with 5 50yard sprints every 30 seconds. It's cold out here.
