It was. 2007 335xi, sold it with 160k on the clock. Only issues were 1 HPFP (warranty) and a set of Bilsteins. Surprisingly reliable.

I have a feeling my 2000 e46 will outlast my 2013 VW. But it probably won't have a chance. I will probably trade it in for a new 33something next year. I can't wait to get out of the VW lease. No more VW/Audi for me.

To be fair, My GLI is a decent car. The engine is fairly strong and the transmission is quick. The things I don't like are FWD, which I should have known better and several small things like auto dimming mirrors and such that don't seem to be standard on an Autobahn package. I had to buy nag to get things like Xenon headlamps. The pleather seats are comfy but they saved money by using pleather, not leather. For a near $30k car I should have gotten more.

Now if I had AWD option I would probably not even be saying a peep. At least I have the e46 to drive.

Hmm, when a Toyota Corolla is pushing $30k and an STI/EVO are $40k, you can't really say that you should've gotten more. New cars are expensive now. Two years ago I went SUV shopping for my wife, the cheapest Jeep Grand Cherokee was $43k, imports were $5-7k more than that.

Can you imagine paying $25k for a Corolla? :bang head:

Screw buying new cars. Better to find something nice/used and pay half or less.

Hey guys...

Can anyone recommend a tint shop around Denver? I am looking to get the 3M Crystalline or something similar for my windshield. Thanks!

Make me an offer on the rims. I just bought a new set of rims and the tires are going on that set.

Guys, (and gals)

Just purchased a '03 330ci so I'm new to the forum. I'm looking for an OEM intake set up to replace the cone filter/hot air intake from the previous owner. Anyone got one they'd be willing to sell?

Thanks!
Brian

Congrats.
I think terdwassler had a stock intake box, I wonder if he still has it. Try to message him and see if he still has it and wants to sell.
