ECU Factory Restore after Supercharger Removal

I am in the process of removing my AA supercharger. The supercharger is being removed because the car is being converted to a race car and the supercharger won't be usable (class rules). How do I restore the ECU back to its factory settings?

This service is waiting for you at your local BMW dealer, that's assuming AA isn't footing the bill.

I had this done to my MS43 some years back, it took the dealer about one hour to wipe out & reinstall the latest software version. My Bimmer ran better as a result of this.

Good luck.

Much appreciated. Depending on the price I might just purchase an ecu from a recycler. That would allow me to throw a programmed ECU in with the supercharger, who knows.

Thanks for the info!

Why not get a NA tune thrown onto the ECU from a tuner like AA?

You have couple of options you can first remove the ECU from the vehicle send it to us directly and have the ECU reflashed back to stock or if you are located close to one of our Flash Station Dealers which I have provided a link below you can have the ECU Flashed back to stock.

I will send you a PM with the ECU Shipping Form and Instructions with my direct contact information.
