Our Service/Repair Reviews

We are getting a lot of pm's regarding work/repairs. Everyone is asking for reviews or references of our work. There are some on other sites but figured Id make a thread for anyone that has gotten work done from us through here. Please post up your review and suggestions. We are always looking to better ourselves.

Someone needs to pop this treads' cherry:

I had the pleasure to have my 3 series serviced (the weekend before Christmas) with those fine Gentlemen. The wife's 328Xi needed brakes (rotors and pads) and at 90k miles a service 1. I inquired several times and asked probably stupid questions, but every question has been answered patiently and in a timely manner. They pulled the service history of the car and recommended repairs and actual necessities which matched the research I have done online in forums like this one.

I am not a penny pincher and I am willing to pay for quality and honest work, which I think I received. They scheduled my appointment to my liking ( considering it was like 5 F outside and I had my 10 months old daughter with me) and dropped me off at a strip mall (if you need bar recommendations, I can help you ).

Anyway,
I received a quote for the needed, wanted and recommended work, and like it is with cars and repair they always find something else, but again, this was expected at 90k miles and matched what other e90-drivers reported.

In the end it comes down to this:
my research and the cost of the work needed to be done matched and I think those guys did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone, unless your car is still CPO'd or under warranty.

Considering this is the wife's Dreier and she brought it into the marriage (like the dog),I was well aware that these German cars (and women) are not cheap to maintain and service, but to my surprise it was less than expected (the wife is still under warranty though).

And since it is a BMW there will be always something to repair ( ) and thus....

And if I wasn't clear enough: I do recommend the work of europartconnect! Thumbs up, guys!

PS.: I am not a car nut like most of you guys here, so I apologise if I didn't list any specifics, but I can tell you that my daughter does not like impact drivers.

I recently had the pleasure of having these guys work on my e90 335 over the past weekend. I was having wastegate rattle and needed my turbos replaced, also got a walnut blasting service done and my oil filter housing gasket replaced. I dropped my car off friday night and picked it up sunday afternoon. Could not be more happy with the work. They provided pictures of different stages while doing it and I saw how bad my carbon build up was on my valves. Pricing was very fair compared to my other estimates, they also get some type of discount on parts as I saved $305 in parts by having them get everything for me. I will be using them or any repairs down the road. Thanks guys.
