According to UUC's website, this will fit the following vehicles:

330, 328, 325, 323 1999- 9/2003 production date 5-speed models
Z3 2.5/3.0 with M54 engine
E39 530i/528i/525i/523i 1999-2003
models with manual transmission only.

you realize a BRAND new one is 599 by itself and your ask 500 and then someone has to buy new bolts which is another 50 bucks from uuc?

Assuming you have a 5 speed, then I would think so based on what I've read on their website. However, before you consider buying it, I would double check with UUC.

It looks like a complimentary clutch will run you ~$500-$700 depending on which one you want. Here are the possible options for clutches:

Don't forget you'll also need new bolts with this since they say these are one time use bolts. I'm pretty sure you can get new ones directly from them. Let me know if you're still interested!

You can also buy the flywheel face from UUC - I just did mine in my 540- there only like $90 -- whoever buys this get a new face and save the time!
