Washed the car while it was warm outside. Cleaning the wheels was pretty time-consuming

Finally got to painting the lower half of my dash. Used Dupli-color vinyl spray paint. Amazing stuff! Also painted the wood trim to be a stainless steel color with lacquer. That's why I wanted the lower half to be painted black.

Also included 3 pictures of my latest IS300 project. Had to remove the dash to fix the "melted dash syndrome" where the epoxy on the dash gets sticky and comes off onto everything you touch. Glad that task is over and the car back on the road. Its a great DD where the convertible is the nice weather car for me

EDIT: No idea why my pictures are rotated. Ugh.

Drove it to my parents house, parked it in the mud and ignored it to work on my other project.

Nah, I'm exaggerating the situation I didn't realize how cheap they were. Tischer has it for $12, I'm sure its under $30 at the dealership. I might consider taping it up to get me out to the dealership though.

A complete Mango Maintenance Makeover from my local Indy (though it was already in good shape), new headliner, new windshield & flat beam wiper blades, had it detailed in & out. Just waiting for a new 25167515261 gearshift assembly to arrive as the current one has quite a bit of play in it. Photo imminent.

Removed one fog light, and took the back playing off to get some moisture out, worked perfect.

Got it back from the dealer. . . used warranty came through (AUL) ... replaced front left and right axles. cost was $1,9xx.xx (can't remember exact number) and I got away with a $100.00 deductible.

Also they did front rotors and pads, that obviously was not covered.
