E46 M3 Smg clutch slippage

So long story short.. My clutch failed on me so I installed a new clutch kit and before I did that my car shifted perfectly. After I did it my car would slip at high rpms so I recalibrated it.. Same thing, installed csl software then recalibrated again but same thing.
The smg lights up when It gets pushed hard and slips, reads code 59 clutch actuator. When it slips it just cruises I can apply gas but no power and still shows the gear I'm In but will catch onto the gear in like 10-20 seconds or sometimes never, if that happens I restart my car and it works fine again.

Is my problem the clutch actuator so I would need a new one or? If anyone has some insight please let me know, thanks!

Did you do the compression springs when you had the tranny down? when recalibrating did you do all all service function i.e. curve characteristic relearn, clutch slip, actuator calibration and think last one was inclination sensor.
