2nd Time I got FU&*# on this Forum (Wall of shame)(DO NOT BUY FROM SINFUL7)

So I went to buy the AP headers from Sinful7 In this ad

http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...076&highlight=

I inquired about them he told me they were sold. A day later he told me his friend he sold them to at work is getting a divorce and is selling them, so he told me if I sent him the money on the agreed price he would buy them back and ship them.

Sent the money Jan 7th, we would then email each other with updates every day/2nd day

Jan 21st he said he got them shipped. Asked for a tracking number, no reply.
Jan 22nd/23rd asked for tracking info. no response

SO THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND SCREWING ME YOU POS!

People do not deal with this guy and mods please ban his IP so this loser doesnt rip anyone else off..

Here is his email/name blownshowoffcrazy@yahoo.com Raymond Traube

If anyone can dig up a phone #/address with this info it would be appreciated.

Why in the world would you trust someone you don't know, especially when the item has been sold. If he knew the guy he sold it to was serious about selling it back you should've gotten in direct contact "an email or something", and spoken to the current owner. And why wouldn't you just move on and look for another set instead of having your cash floating around like that? You have that much cash to play with? Come on now.

Have you tried sending him another $750 to see if he responds? You need to get his attention so that'll you'll be closer to getting the header. In the end, you'll benefit greatly.

At least point him in the right direction. When doing transactions online NEVER use PayPal, instead use western union, money orders, or just a envelope full of cash.

I got burned $4500 on eBay about ten years ago when I was new to it. Didn't use PayPal and eBay said that the guy I was dealing with had his account hacked. Live and learn but don't get butt hurt over some headers.

Obviously I used PayPal and I am getting my money back I am not stupid. I am just trying to help people here not get burned by this again. To the people calling me stupid seriously look in the mirror my post was to make aware of this guy ripping forum members off. Yes I trusted someone I didnt know because thats what you do when you buy off a forum. When someone instills confidence in you that they do have the parts and they do want to help you, you believe them. The immaturity on this forum is seriously beyond me and I am on alot of forums.

RossGuy: You're right I'm more mad over I am not getting the headers/the pain to open disputes with the bank as well as myself for not doing more homework etc but yes I am chalking it up to live and learn.

This individual, - blownshowoffcrazy@yahoo.com - placed an online order with us for a $2300 SMG pump for an E46 M3. The charge on the card was disputed as fraudulent. We were able to get the parts back, luckily. Beware of anyone using this email address.
