ZIZA LED Interior light kit from ECS Tuning

Hi Fanatics,
I have a '02 M3 Cabrio and recently replaced the interior lights with a Ziza LED kit from ECS. All works well except the dome light which will not come on and prevents the rest of the interior lights coming on too. I've switched out LED bulbs but it doesn't help. I've had to put the incandescent bulb back in the dome light and now the system, including the other LEDs works fine. I've tried fiddling with the bulb holders and their fitting into the dome/reading light carrier but with no effect. Any ideas on what may be going on?

did your kit come with a resistor?

I had the same issue on my 2001 M3 convertible. Same kit, no resistor included. I installed the foot-well and glove box LED's first, all worked great. I then installed the map lights and center dome light. At that point, the map lights continued to work, but the dome light and footwell LED's no longer work.
