Lighting Problem: Bulb Out Warning

I recently installed Orion V2.5 Angel Eyes from Umnitza and now I get the bulb out warning on my dash when the lights are NOT turned on.

Its puzzling to me because once I turn the lights on, the bulb out warning on my dash goes away, and my headlights work perfectly.

Every now and then, when I realize have the bulb out warning, I turn on my lights only to find out that my right corner lamp is off. I gently tap the corner light and it goes on.

Could that be the reason why the indicators come on when the lights arent on and once I turn the lights on, the warning goes away?

This is starting to annoy me.

p.s. If you guys have no idea what I am talking about, let me know and I will make a video showing you the problem.

Did you install just the angel eyes or did you install the complete headlight assembly?
if it's just the angel eyes, then you probably have a failing bulb, high beam, or other system, the angel eyes aren't tied to the error control system.
