Follow the instructions in the below link. It seems like your wiper arm is either loose or the wiper assembly is not completely secured.

Hey Holomis, if I were you, I would check out the DIY link Hovs13 suggested. That is how you fix it. First you need to diagnose the problem. No one can fix it without knowing what the problem is.
