Engine idle at cold weather??

Hi guys, help or ideas needed. I have a 2001 330i auto. I have 2 codes which are bank 1,2 reading lean. But my problem is, at cold start or cold weather idleing is rough and spits and acts like its missing spark. I cut it off and restart it and runs great, any helpnwouod be greatly thanked.
