My Ride: 2000 323ci
I finally joined just for this post, I've decided to start this project but im not plannning on doing the labor for a few more months until i can acquire all the parts! Is there a link to the correct throttle body adaptor for a 323ci to a 330ci manifold??

Does this look correct?? Will i need to grind it down or will it directly bolt on?

My Ride: M52TUB28-Vert
let's bring this thread back tolife (as my car)

ok i've found an m54b30 intake, complete with wiring, injectors (purple) fuel rail and DISA.

i've understood almost everything for this swap but there are just some questions that i'd like to ask:
(consider that my 323 already received a b28 swap years ago)

-Injectors: 330 injectors seems not to be necessary, but better to have them for eventual future upgrade or not? (to be added with 330 maf + bored b28 TB)

- TB Adapter plate: even if i'm in europe there are many replicas on Ebay here so no need to get a TMS, i'll DIM (do it myself) but...the problem is the cnc machine that my friend owns, it can only work on delrin/teflon (to work on alluminium we need a lubed one), considering that on the intake temperature are not that high, may i go on delrin's way or it's a weird idea?

- TB/gas cable: is there any adaptation/reset necessary after all the process? as adjusting the play, lenght??
i remember that some years ago i changed the cable and mach @ dealer spoke about "setting up" the cable, thing that i knew as necessary only on DBW sys.

any other advice??
