I did your Monday workout today and I think it went pretty well. My legs are definitely tired and already having trouble walking up and down stairs

My only concern is with my romanian deadlifts. The youtube videos on how to do them show very slow movements. If I do it as slow as in the videos then my forearms can only hold the weight til about the 6th/7th rep. What do you suggest I do? I guess I could decrease weight til I can get to 10 but I'm not sure I'll be stretching my hamstrings which, as you stated, seems to be the main goal.

Shhhmann.. for the past few weeks I've been super busy with moving and stuff. Holding steady @ 207...

Still on LG but not as strict. I'm strict on the IF but as far as counting I've been lax.

I've been lifting 3 days a week and the intensity has been pretty bad, changing gyms... excuses excuses lol.

Thanks guys. I was never fat though... I was swoll.

Kinda shows that if you eat around maintenance for long enough, or a bit under, your body will naturally go back to it's normal state lol..

If you've been trying to cut down for an extended period of time (e.g., upwards of 6 months), is there any wisdom to going on a brief bulk in between? I'm starting to feel like my metabolism has gotten used to the calorie deficit I've been subjecting it to over the past couple months.

sorry must have missed this.

absolutely there is, especially with a straight caloric deficit. Your metabolism over time begins to slow, and most people will eat LESS and have pretty bad muscle loss because of it. Seems contradictive to eat more, but your body will be happy with the higher food intake and it has been shown to help get over weight loss plateaus etc. Just make sure it is clean food and you are still working out intensely. Anything more than 4 weeks would be overkill imo

Or maybe a teaspoon of each!

I'd rather someone put grass fed butter or coconut oil in their coffee than typical cream + sugar.

Did you ever end up trying this coffee? I'm curious to know how it tastes

Ya it was delicious, but I do intermittent fasting so I'm basically forced to drink my coffee black so it was a one time thing. I think I've earned the right to appreciate good coffee though, I don't understand why people will go to starbucks and pay $3 for essentially a bunch of cream and sugar when instant coffee would taste the same.

Looked it up & watched his video on the coffee. I'm on dabears on this one that it looks like a well marketed coffee along with its "brain octane" lol

Have you tried it?
