EML light issues

Hey guys I've been reading all the posts on the EML and can't seem to figure mine out. First off it's an 02 325xi EML light comes on at 2k rpm, no less no more. (In park, cars not regd) Abs and brake light and the triangle ! Are on constantly. It used to throw a code for stuck ICV but cleaned it and cleared it and hasn't been back since. Now there's no codes but will trip the EML at 2k, turn the car off and only the EML goes away. The car was a salvage car with minor damage to the pas front suspension. But had set the curtain and door bag off. I also had to put a mass air in the car, was missing it when I bought it. This is my first BMW but I've worked on plenty of cars. I also went through the glove box fuse panel and everything's good. Is there another fuse box somewhere? I saw somebody say a 30amp in the "E box" any help would be much appreciated trying to get this thing ready for inspection. Tried posting this on a different thread, but no replies... Maybe I'm a bit impatient, but this is driving me batso.
Thanks in advance.

So my 2000 323i about to turn over 200k had this issue. It would throw the EML and DSC lights when I started to drive. The car would not accelerate past 3K RPM. Turning the car off would clear the lights but as soon as I would start driving it would all happen again.

I was able to fix it for $0. I have a CarSoft BMW Scanner, so I checked the codes. A number of misfires, low oxygen readings and mechanical issue with throttle body.

At first I checked the battery and charging system, because it's the first thing I do when several lights come on (happens a lot on these cars). They passed. Then I went right after the throttle body because it was the next related code and the way the car was behaving it seemed like the intake was breathing through the ICV alone.

BINGO! The throttle body was gummed up and the butterfly valve was stuck in the closed position. Gave it a good cleaning and to my great joy, this not only fixed the lights and problem -- the throttle response, low end torque and just plain old power was better than it has been in a ling time! Clean your TB every 50k people!
