Thank you !!! Hit legs this morning again.

PAuse squats: 315x5, 295x5, 275 x 5
PAUSE Deadlifts (yes, break from ground 1 inch then pause…. then finish lift)
: 365x5 (2 sets)


Going for 500 on deads


Thanks a lot for commenting on the vid I haven't recorded myself on heavy weight like this and the last 20% of my form is kinda outta whack (too much extension/movement) but I'm overall happy with it. Would love to pull 500lbs with that form soon!
